What happens when someone is suddenly out of contact?
Possibility #1
He works secretly for the government as an undercover agent and is currently on a super high risk mission and cannot be seen with anyone he knows cause he might be risking their lives.

He was admitted to a hospital for finger crams and therefore has not made contact with anyone, more of, he cant.
